Q0 is a one-time deployment service provided by Evera48 LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We build and configure AI-powered ticket triage automation within your existing infrastructure (Google Workspace, PSA systems). After deployment, you own and operate the system independently.
Each deployment tier (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) includes a defined scope of work. The specific deliverables are outlined on our pricing page and confirmed during onboarding. Any work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
All deployment fees are one-time charges processed through Stripe at the time of purchase. Ongoing API costs (OpenAI, Anthropic) are billed directly by those providers to your account — we do not mark up, resell, or intermediate API access.
Upon completion of deployment, you receive full ownership of all code, scripts, and configurations created for your deployment. You may modify, extend, audit, or redistribute the code as you see fit. We retain no license, access, or control over your deployment after handoff.
Q0 is not a SaaS product. After deployment, we have no ongoing obligation to maintain, update, or support your system unless separately agreed upon (e.g., Pro and Enterprise post-deployment support periods). The system runs entirely within your infrastructure.
We warrant that your deployment will function as described at the time of handoff. We do not guarantee specific uptime, accuracy of AI classifications, or compatibility with future API changes from third-party providers (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, ConnectWise, Autotask).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the deployment fee paid.
We do not access, store, or process your ticket data at any point during or after deployment. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If we are unable to complete your deployment due to a technical limitation on our end, we will issue a full refund. Once a deployment is completed and handed off, refunds are not available — you own the code and the work has been delivered.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Georgia.
