Q0 is a deployment service operated by Evera48 LLC. We build AI-powered ticket triage systems that run entirely within your infrastructure. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it.

Data We Don't Collect

Q0 is deployed inside your Google Workspace and PSA environment. Once deployed:

We do not access, store, or process your ticket data
We do not log API calls made from your Apps Script
We do not install telemetry, analytics, or tracking in your deployment
We are not a proxy or relay — your systems call AI APIs directly

Data We Do Collect

During the sales and deployment process, we may collect:

Contact information — name and email address submitted via our waitlist or contact form
Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
Deployment configuration — technical details about your PSA and email setup needed to build your deployment

How We Use Your Data

Contact information is used solely to communicate about your deployment or waitlist status. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Third-Party Services

Our website and payment processing use:

Vercel — website hosting
Cloudflare — DNS and security
Stripe — payment processing

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data handling.

Data Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal. Deployment configuration details are deleted 30 days after project completion. Payment records are retained as required by law.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
